USA Judo

USA Judo and Network Foundation Technologies (NFT) are pleased to announce a partnership that will provide "Free-For-View" broadcasts of selected 2008 USA Judo events. These events will be broadcast live over the Internet using NFT's patented NiFTy Online Television product. This partnership will provide global access to the events, at no cost to the viewer.

Thursday, May 8 -

    Competition Begins at 10:00am EST for the following categories:
    Female: +78kg, 78kg. 70kg, 63kg
    Male: +100kg, 100kg, 90kg,
    Opening Ceremonies followed by finals for the previous divisions will begin at 6:00pm EST

Friday May 9 -

    Competition Begins at 10:00 am EST for the following categories:
    Female: 57kg, 52kg, 48kg, 44kg, Open
    Male: 73kg, 66kg, 60kg, 55kg, Open begin
    Finals & Awards Ceremonies (gold medal matches only) begin at 6:00pm EST

Saturday May 10 -

    Kata Competition from 9:00am - 11:00am EST for:
    Nage no Kata, Katame no Kata, Ju no Kata: Male & Female

    Team Competition at 3:00pm EST

Sunday May 11 -

    ZONE I JUDO CUP competition begins at 10:00am EST

System Requirements

The USA Judo player requires a high speed (DSL / Cable Modem) Internet connection and a computer running the Windows operating system with Windows Media 9 or above.

NOTE: As the USA Judo player must access the Internet in order to transmit and receive audio and video data, please grant the application such access if you receive a notice from your firewall program. Failure to grant your player access to the Internet can result in the program being unable to tune to a channel and display video.

Instructions

  1. Download the USA Judo-TV_.exe file.
  2. When prompted by your browser as to whether you want to run or save this file, select run.
  3. The USA Judo-TV player will be placed on your desktop and will launch automatically.
  4. Follow the onscreen prompts to register your USA Judo-TV Player.
  5. That's it! After registration your USA Judo-TV player will connect to video feeds from the USA Judo-TV channel.
